Lighten Change offers three ways of working together: 

  • one-to-one coaching, 
  • a structured group programme,
  • support for leaders and teams navigating change together

My work offers space, structure and support to help you regain clarity, steady your energy, and move forward intentionally — without burning out (or losing who you are).

Individual support (1:1 coaching)

My one-to-one coaching is a deep, transformative, thinking partnership for leaders and senior professionals navigating pressure, responsibility, and change.

I create a safe, grounded space to slow things down enough to get beneath the surface — to the real questions, tensions, and decision that are shaping what you are experiencing, thinking and feeling. 

Best when: 

  • You're carrying significant responsibility and complexity 
  • Decisions feel heavier, more charged, or harder to hold than they used to
  • You sense something needs to shift, but can't yet fully articulate what 
  • You want clarity that is integrated — not just tactical or short term 
This is not advice-giving or short fixes. 
Through deep listening, thoughtful challenge, and exploration, we look at what's really going on — across thinking, identity, purpose, energy and context —so new insight and aligned movement can emerge. 

Clients often describe our partnership as grounding, clarifying, and transformative — creating space for their best thinking and selves to re-emerge under pressure:

Lighten Change Programme (Group)

The Lighten Change Programme is a six-week, facilitated group experience for people navigating sustained change and pressure who want clarity, steadier energy and intentional movement forward, without burning out.

The programme combines structured content, guided reflection, and high-quality facilitation. It provides depth, connection and care. 
Each week introduces clear themes, prompts, and practices designed to help you make sense of what’s shaping your experience of change — and what needs to shift for progress to feel sustainable.

Best when:

  • Change has been ongoing and is starting to feel heavy or isolating
  • You're capable and committed but clarity or energy is slipping
  • You want structure and momentum without pressure or performance
  • It would help to think alongside others navigating similar complexity and build community
  • You’re ready to move out of “pushing through” into something more intentional

    Through weekly modules, shared inquiry, and facilitated dialogue, the programme helps you to: 

  • Make sense of complexity beneath the noise
  • Surface where pressure, strain or misalignment is building
  • Understand what needs to be true for progress to feel and be sustainable
  • Reconnect with clarity, agency and direction
The group setting provides depth, connection and structure — giving you space to work through your own thinking; normalising experiences that can often feel heavy or lonely, and benefiting from others thinking and sharing alongside you.

Each participant is offered a one-to-one coaching session, creating individual space to integrate insight, realign with what matters, and translate learning into meaningful movement forward

Team and Leadership Work

I work with leaders and teams navigating change together — where progress depends on how accountability, support and decision-making are shared in practice.

This work combines structured inquiry, facilitated dialogue, and leadership coaching to help teams surface what’s really shaping how change is being experienced — and what needs to shift for progress to feel sustainable.

Best when:

  • Teams are navigating ongoing or complex change
  • Pressure, ownership or accountability are unevenly distributed
  • Momentum has slowed despite high effort
  • Leaders are carrying more than is sustainable
Through facilitated sessions, shared frameworks, workshops and coaching, we explore:
  • How leadership and accountability are currently distributed and owned across the team
  • Where pressure and expectations are building
  • What conditions need to be redesigned so teams can move forward with greater clarity, trust, energy and shared accountability, together
This work is tailored and contextual shaped by the organisation, the leader, team, and the specific challenges being faced.
It's practical, relational and grounded — supporting trust, clarity and shared responsibility without adding unnecessary complexity.
